The development was situated in a concealed location with limited opportunity for signage, so the success of this site has been the quality of marketing and the proactive nature of the branch network of Wards office surrounding the development. Our branch network produced almost 50% of all buyers, many of which would not have known about the site without our help.
The site opened with a formal launch in August 2019 and was double-manned until Covid restrictions took hold, although through our marketing strategy, all 94 homes were reserved by March 2022 with the final home owners moving in upon the completion of the house in July 2022.
