The apartments have been in phases spread over 2 sections of the development; Phase 1 which comprised of 32 units and Phase 2 which comprised of 37 units have all been reserved after launching Phase 1 in March 2021 and Phase 2 launching in January 2022. The homes were built to a very high specification and we agreed 15 sales from our local branch office prior to a sales office and show home being available. On this basis and due to the success it was agreed to continue marketing from the local branch as we found this had helped secure the number of buyers needed. All show home visits were by appointment only which worked successfully for this development.
